- Over 36 years ago, Michael Barshinger started building custom made houses . Starting off working part-time after school and eventually becoming a full time builder, Michael knew he wanted to build and develop some of the finest homes in York County. He was going to create anything from ranch style homes to beautifully built two-story mansions. There wasn't a project that seemed too difficult for Michael and the custom home business was going great, but one day the word around town was that condominium building would be a big hit someday. With careful consideration and research, custom built homes were set aside for the moment and Michael started building and developing condominiums. The condos have been such a huge success, that he hasn't built a home for a customer in over ten years. However, he has found the time to build his family a new house.
